Step 2: The link will bring you to a page where you will be able to submit a new ticket for support.


Step 3: You will receive a confirmation email similar to what you see below. Please keep track of this email because it will include a link that you may access at any time to find out the status of your request. You can also visit the ticket to add notes or comments if anything changes before we are able to respond.
