This week’s app of the week helped us get things off the ground when we were just starting out. Burt searched around for an app that we could use for collaboration and task management and found Producteev. It’s a free, easy to use web-based app that allows you to organize your entire business to-do list. Producteev allows you to create teams of people- both public and private- and then create tasks that you want to accomplish. From there, you can assign either the whole team or specific individuals, set due dates, add subtasks, tag it with labels, and have conversations about the task all from one screen.
It’s important to keep track of all the things you need to get done regardless of your industry. This simple and free (woohoo!) app can help you make sure nothing falls through the cracks. It works across multiple devices, provides multiple channels for input and has a support center available if you have any questions. Definitely a good find for any business and one that we will continue to use down the road.
