ReFresh IT is now iwerk.

PHOENIX, AZ: MARCH 20, 2019:  With expansion and improved services in mind Mesa tech company, ReFresh IT, has joined forces with Michigan-based iwerk. The move is expected to broaden ReFresh IT’s commitment to bridging the gap between companies and their technology needs.

ReFresh IT Owner Jacy Smith said in a letter to clients,  “I’m really excited to join the iwerk family and what our future has in store. ReFresh IT and iwerk have a lot in common. Most importantly, we share a passion to focus on our customers first.”

Smith is known for her dedication to business I.T. consulting, technology audits and general I.T. support services. As one of the first students to graduate from ASU’s Science, Technology and Society program, she brings ReFresh IT’s dedication to finding ways to make technology accessible and understandable to iwerk as she continues to run the operation in Arizona under the iwerk umbrella. The current ReFresh IT offices will become the Arizona location for iwerk, effective March 1, with Smith at the helm.

iwerk prides itself on helping brands succeed through technology- with both custom software development and technical services. The company is known for providing IT support and monitoring, network engineering, network security, healthcare systems integration, data backup services, as well as website and mobile app programming, custom database integration, and information architecture design, creating a perfect storm of talent between the two divisions.

In tech language, that means major languages such as PHP and C# are covered. In addition, iwerk offers custom websites, HIPAA compliance, web-based applications, integration with other systems and custom digital solutions including dashboards, reporting and workflow solutions. Fully managed and maintained networks, systems and well-supported staff are within reach to business owners.

The transition began at the beginning of March and clients have had access to increased remote help desk support based in Royal Oak, MI. An additional full-time technician will be hired for Arizona to strengthen local support and make the progression as seamless as possible.
